Hi, I’m Jeff Aldrich.

I’m a Product Director at Squarespace. I lead product strategy across a large portfolio spanning website creation, platform capabilities, usability, and AI-powered experiences. My current scope spans 10 teams across core product and platform. Over the course of my career, I’ve helped shape products at startups and established consumer internet companies, with a focus on making complex products easier to use, more capable, and more strategically differentiated. At Squarespace, that has included major investments in usability, expressive design tools, AI-powered onboarding, and broader company strategy around AI and pro-user workflows.
